Abstract

One example of a schoolteacher is to teach, educate, judge, guide, train, chaperone is a most noble profession. One of the challenges of increasing learning in class is that students are enthusiastic and full of achievement, a fact that is not true because not all teachers have the ability to address the student's less enthusiastic problem and those arena study of the teacher's example in student achievement to study are essential. Purpose and study to encourage the teacher increased exemplary work, so that students studied attentively. The writer USES a qualitative descriptive method, explaining terms used in the corresponding writing title, relating to the writer's subjective experience during class study. The point of the study is that teachers must have an example to manage the class well. Teachers must master the example of questioning, explaining, reinforcing and also of creating exemplary variations in class management, this has hada profound effect on students' attention to study.
